Refund Policy — Arya's Glow
We offer 30-day returns on The Arya Mask, no questions asked.
Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- The mask must be in usable condition (we understand it'll be opened and tested — that's the whole point)
- Damaged or destroyed units are not eligible
How to return:
Email hello@aryasglow.com with your order number and a brief note. For US orders, we'll send a prepaid return label. For international orders, customer covers return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Warranty:
1 year warranty on manufacturing defects. If your mask stops working through normal use within 1 year of delivery, email hello@aryasglow.com with a photo and a brief description. We'll replace it free of charge on our next dispatch run.
Exchanges:
Not currently offered — we only sell one product. Once we expand the catalog, we'll add an exchange option.
